Our newest feature in Access Evo makes it super easy for Admins to manage who can do what in your system, giving you better control and security.
Aside from the default Admin and User roles, you can now create Custom Roles which can be configured with as much granularity as needed to suit your organisation’s specific needs.
To get started, just click on your avatar in the top right corner and select Roles & Permissions from the menu.
So that you can get the most out of this new tool, we’ve also compiled a short user guide with FAQs which you can use as a reference point at any time.

Create your dashboard

Admins only
Setting up a noticeboard (Admins)
In this video, we'll look at how you can display key information to your staff using the noticeboard. Noticeboards allow you to create a space to publicise company news to colleagues.
Introduction to members (admins)
As an administrator, take a look at the video below to learn about the Members feature. Members helps you navigate your organisation - it's the who's who, and where do I find my colleagues feature. You can locate Members by clicking on the two people icon at the top right of Access Evo. You can add members individually, in bulk or via import.
Resending sign-up emails (admins)
In this video, we'll walk through how to view whether members have accepted their invites to Access Evo and how to resend invites if needed.
Friendly URLs and user names (admins)
Make it easier for your employees to log in by setting up a friendly URL and logging in with a username.
Create your company hierarchy (admins)
This video will show how to set up a company hierarchy within Access Evo, allowing your colleagues visibility of your organisational structure.
This is a perfect way to give colleagues an overview of the reporting structure within your organisation, enabling them to find people easily.

Navigate your way around Access Evo using the Access Button.
From the Button you will find all of your Products, Spaces and links to Help and Support. On the products menu, you will notice a number of solutions for Learning, Engage (social intranet), Marketplace and Business Analytics.

Help and Support contains the links to our knowledge base and allows you to register for the Customer Success Portal. From here you can dive into the support and services available to you, with a single click.

The Learning solution contains all of the training documentation for the products that you have purchased and a sample of additional workplace training.

Access Engage is a way to create a culture within your organisation where everyone is bought in, on the journey, performing and developing with your organisation.

Access Analytics
A powerful analysis and reporting tool that combines data from Access and non-Access products. Build reports and charts that surface key data points, turn data into information and make proactive decisions. All of this functionality you can find from the button when you click on the Analytics icon.
